SUBJECT: FEBRUARY 23, 2010 CITY COUNCIL QUARTERLY WORKSHOP
Agenda items include:
1. FINANCIAL UPDATE
Finance staff will give an update on the current general fund and utility fund
budget, including revenue and expenditures. In addition, the Quality of Life Fund
will be discussed, along with other future funding of capital projects and a review
of the debt service fund. Finally, staff will present a three-year financial projection
and timeframes for future CCPD renewal/GO Bond discussion.
2. DISCUSSION OF DALLAS ROAD CORRIDOR AS IT RELATES TO COMMUTER
RAIL STATION
As we begin to plan for the commuter rail station, we would like to begin
discussion of the corridor along and around Dallas Road and Main Street. Staff
will present aerial photos and maps showing current zoning and future land use
(Master Plan) at the Workshop.
DISCUSSION OF FIRST BAPTIST CHURCH PROPERTY
Potential use.
