RECOMMENDATION
Consider the mid-year appointment of Terri Rushing as a resident member to the
Grapevine Housing Authority Board of Commissioners to fill an unexpired two-year term.
There is an unexpired resident member position on the Grapevine Housing Authority Board
of Commissioners due to the resignation of resident member Oleta White. To ensure a
quorum of the Board, Council Member Sharron Spencer, who is the Council representative
of the Board, has requested a mid-year appointment. Council Member Spencer is
recommending the mid-year appointment of Terri Rushing as a resident member of the
Board, term to expire in 2015.
