FOR ORDINANCE NO. 97-73
Ordinance No. 97-73 does not exist due to
the following situation:
The City Council considered on July 15, 1997 the first reading of an ordinance for Zoning
Application Z97-13 filed by Mr. Jay Young requesting rezoning of 0.6257 acres from
"R-7.5" Single-Family District Regulations to "PO" Professional Office District. The subject
property is located at 327 East College Street. The City Council voted (7-0) to accept the
Planning & Zoning Commission's recommendation and approve the first reading of an
ordinance (Ordinance No. 97-73) with deed restrictions.
On August 19, 1997, the City Council considered and approved the withdrawal request
by Mr. Jay Young of Zoning Application Z97-13, therefore, Ordinance No. 97-73 was
never considered for approval on second and final reading and does not exist.
