BACKGROUND INFORMATION: The applicant, Mr. Brad Meyer has submitted a zone change request to rezone approximately 18.864 acres located just east of the intersection of State Highway 121 and Hall- Johnson Road. The property is currently zoned "PCD" Planned Commerce Development District and the applicant is seeking a zone change to rezone the property to "R -5.0" Zero Lot Line District for the development of 53 single family lots. The applicant is asking to table the zone change request to the October 16, 2012 meeting in order to have more time to meet with the adjacent Crestwood Hollow subdivision and attempt to mitigate any issues they may have. They have requested that we table our zoning case and preliminary plat until the October meeting to give them more time to understand our request and provide input. Since we value our relationships with adjacent property owners we are willing to delay our case. Please table our zoning case and preliminary plat until the October 16th meeting.
