The City needs to encourage develognent in our City and maybe by doing so is not opening the sewer systn to surrounding cities. Another factor to consider is the cost involved. It should be determined what it wuld cost Southlake to put in their sewer system. Our City officials in the past looked ahead and provided the needed facilities for grawth and our land costs reflect that.
