Ware Mayor Pro Tem Ron Dyer Council Member Jim Glynn Council Member Sharron Spencer Council Member C. Shane Wilbanks Council Member Lynn R. Niedermeier Council Member constituting a quonun, with the following member of the City Staff: Kelvin Knauf Assistant City Manager GALL TO ORDER The meeting was called to order by Mayor Powers. EXF]C,'UTIVE SFSSION The Mayor then announced that the City Council w�uld recess to the Conference Roam to discuss and review resLUnes of applicants for the City Manager's position pursuant to Article 6252-17, V.A.T.C.S., Subsection 2(g) . All me.mbers were present upon reconvening mamentarily in the Council Chambers. No action was taken relative to personnel. ADJOURl�IT There being no further business to come before the City Council, a mr�tion to adjourn was made by Council N1e.mber Niedermeier and seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Ware.
