RESOLUTION NO. 75-18 <br /> RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A UTILITY COMMITTEE, OBJECTIVES <br /> OF SAID COMMITTEE, NUMBER OF COMMITTEE MEMBERS, AND TERMS <br /> OF SAID MEMBERS. <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council af the City of Grapevine, <br /> �' �' Texas deems it necessary to establish a Utility Committee; <br /> � WHEREAS, said Utility Committee shall be responsible <br /> to the City Council for making recommendations relevant <br /> to the following objectives: <br /> l. To analyze the quality of services provided <br /> to the City of Grapevine by the various <br /> utilities. <br /> 2. To analyze rates and gather information that <br /> would be necessary to examine requests for <br /> rate increases. <br /> 3. To determine that all utilities are operating <br /> in accordance to the franchise granted <br /> thereto. <br /> WHEREAS, said committee shall consist of the following <br /> members and term of office: <br /> Three (3) members of the Grapevine City Council <br /> "����, to be appointed by the Mayor. These persons <br /> shall serve a term of one year. <br /> � <br /> NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Grapevine, <br /> Texas, that the establishment of a Utility Committee is <br /> herein made; and that Mayor William D.
