RESOLUTIuN NO. R62-6 <br /> Whereas, the City Council is desireous of making the City of <br /> Grapevine a safer place in which to live and travel and, <br /> Whereas, there is an ever increasing need for certain traffic <br /> control devices at certain intersections within the corporate <br /> limits, and , <br /> Whereas, much study and thought has been given to these problems <br /> by the City Council , <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF GRAPEVINE, TFXf THAT: <br /> Section 1. Yield Right-of-way signs be errected at the follow- <br /> ing intersections to indicate that persons proceeding on the <br /> street must slow and allow other vehicles to have the right-of- <br /> way before proceeding into or through the intersectio : <br /> A. On Wood street on the north and south side at its <br /> intersection with East Texas. <br /> B. On Austin street on the north and south side at its <br /> intersection with East Texas street. <br /> Section 2. The authority for the errection of the forgoing <br /> signs and the enforcement of the regulations therein repre- <br /> sented has been vested in the City Council by the City of <br /> Grapevine ordinance No. 54--8 passed and approved the 2nd day <br /> of March, 1954. <br /> Section 3.
