� ORDINANCE NO. 98-115 <br /> r� <br /> AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS <br /> AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 82-73, THE <br /> COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF <br /> GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, SAME BEING ALSO KNOWN AS <br /> APPENDIX "D" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES OF THE <br /> CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, BY PROVIDING FOR <br /> AMENDMENTS AND CHANGES TO ZONING REGULATIONS <br /> BY AMENDING SECTION 36 "PCD" PLANNED COMMERCE <br /> DEVELOPMENT DISTRICT; SECTION 47 SITE PLAN <br /> REVIEW; AND SECTION 56 OFF-STREET PARKING <br /> REGULATIONS; PROVIDING A PENALTY OF FINE NOT TO <br /> EXCEED THE SUM OF TWO THOUSAND DOLLARS <br /> ($2,000.00) FOR EACH OFFENSE AND A SEPARATE <br /> OFFENSE SHALL BE DEEMED COMMITTED EACH DAY <br /> DURING OR ON WHICH AN OFFENSE OCCURS OR <br /> CONTINUES; PROVIDING A SEVERABILITY CLAUSE; <br /> DECLARING AN EMERGENCY AND PROVIDING AN <br /> � EFFECTIVE DATE <br /> �.�w:.� <br /> BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, <br /> TEXAS: <br /> Section 1. That Ordinance No. 82-73, the Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance of <br /> the City of Grapevine, Texas same being also known as Appendix "D" of the Code of <br /> Ordinances of the City of Grapevine, Texas is hereby amended in the following particulars, <br /> and all other sections, subsections, paragraphs, definitions, words and phrases of said <br /> Appendix "D" are not amended but are hereby ratified, verified and affirmed: <br /> A. That Section 36 "PCD" Planned Commerce Development District, A.1 is hereby <br /> amended to read as follows: <br /> "1. STANDARD DEVELOPMENT permits commercial development subject to <br /> the same restrictions as apply in the CC Community Commercial District on <br /> tracts of at least two (2) acres in size, and hotel development exceeding five <br /> (500) hundred guest rooms subject to the same restrictions as apply in the <br /> HCO Hotel/Corporate Office District and hotel development of five hundred <br /> (500) guest rooms or less approved pursuant to a conditional use permit <br /> subject to the same restrictions as apply in the HCO Hotel/Corporate Office <br /> District and any ad�itional restrictions included in the conditional use permit. <br /> In the event of a conflict between the HCO requirements and the <br />
