This letter confirms on June 23, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-55 for the property addressed 625 East Texas Street, legally
described as Block 105, Lot 6 & 7, College Heights Addition, City of Grapevine Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1) Replace the existing 6' high and 8' high wood privacy fence sections with a new cedar
privacy fence, as follows:
a. Fence to be board on board with dog eared top;
b. Install a 2" x 6" treated wood baseboard on the fence sections;
2) Replace the existing 6' and 8' high wood gates with board on board gates with dog
eared top;
as per the attached site plan, specifications and photos with the condition a permit be
obtained from the Building Department.
An approved Cefificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permittis'/ is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
