The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1) Replace the existing 6' high and 8' high wood privacy fence sections with a new cedar privacy fence, as follows: a. Fence to be board on board with dog eared top; b. Install a 2" x 6" treated wood baseboard on the fence sections; 2) Replace the existing 6' and 8' high wood gates with board on board gates with dog eared top; as per the attached site plan, specifications and photos with the condition a permit be obtained from the Building Department. An approved Cefificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a building permittis'/ is not required.
