This letter confirms on July 2, 2020 the Historic Preservation Commission staff approved
with conditions #CA20-46 for the property addressed 334 South Barton Street, legally
described as Block 2, Lot 9R, City of Grapevine Texas. The following was approved on this
Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Repaint entire exterior of building using Sherwin Williams #SW 2848 "Roycroft
Pewter";
2. At the main entrance to the building on the parking lot side, repair and extend the
concrete walkway to entrance door;
3. Install a graphic logo "floor cling" on the concrete walkway at main entrance door;
4. Install a new painted metal wall sign over main entrance doors;
5. Install a new painted metal wall sign on east side of building to the left of the
south entry door, -
as per the attached photos and paint swatch, with the condition a permit be obtained
from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
