This letter confirms July 7, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions
#CA19-43 for the property addressed 321 Turner Road, legally described as Abstract 946
Tract 30001, Leonard, Archibald F Survey, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic
Preservation Ordinance 91-73 (Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended,
for the following:
1. Remove the existing aluminum windows from the house;
2. Install replacement aluminum windows from the Manufacturer Don Young Company
of Dallas, Texas in the existing window openings as follows:
a. Don Young Windows, Stock Number #8226 double pane, aluminum windows,
in one -over -one configuration, with white painted finish;
as per the attached plan, photos and specification sheets with the condition a permit be
obtained from the building department,
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
