Signature of Applicant1-_ r R, Date: Signature of Owner Date:% LV TO: SITE PLAN REVIEW COMMITTEE MEMBERS FROM: CINDY JACKSON, AICP, PLANNER II DATE: MAY 16, 2001 SUBJECT: CU01-24, ZUROMA'S RESTAURANT RECOMMENDATION Staff recommends the Site Plan Review Committee consider the proposed changes to the previously approved floor plan associated with C000-74 (Ord. No. 01-06), Zuroma's Restaurant, approved by Council on January 16, 2001, and take any action necessary. BACKGROUND INFORMATION The original conditional use permit granting the possession, storage, retail sale and on - premise consumption of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed drinks) was approved by Council on January 16, 2001 (C000-74). The applicant is now proposing the following revisions to the previously approved floor plan of C000-74: • The men's and women's restrooms have been expanded each with an additional sink and stall. • Because of the expansion of the restrooms, the adjacent bar area has been shortened and rearranged. The hand sink has been moved from its original location, and an ice bin has been removed. • The water heater has been moved from the kitchen area to the waiter station. • The exit door adjacent to the waiter station has been moved to between the dining booths, with a booth removed to accommodate its new location. • The kitchen area has been rearranged because of the relocation of the water heater. /cj 0:\ZCU\CU01-24.4 11/25/03 CENTRE LEASING S MANAGEMENT CO.
