Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning ordinance shall have, from the date of submittal, a period of four months to request and be scheduled on an agenda before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. For public hearing purposes, it may be advisable to reduce the size of the Terminal B Floor Plan and increase the size of the floor plan. 4. If seating is associated with the proposed use, please provide a seating chart (with the seating mix) for the total number of seats. 5.
