placed on the agenda for public hearing at the discretion of the staff. Based on the size of the
agenda, your application may be scheduled to a later date.

Any changes to a site plan (no matter how minor or major) approved with a conditional use or a
special use permit can only be approved by city council through the public hearing process.
Any application for a change in zoning or for an amendment to the zoning ordinance shall have,
from the date of submittal, a period of four months to request and be scheduled on an agenda
before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council. If after said period of four months an
application has not been scheduled before the Commission and Council said application shall be
considered withdrawn, with forfeiture of al► filing fees. The application, along with the required
filing fee may be resubmitted any time thereafter for reconsideration. Delays in scheduling
applications before the Planning and Zoning Commission and City Council created by city staff
shall not be considered a part of the four month period.

1. Please add the case name, case number CU14-15 and location to
the signature block.
2. Please label the point-of-sale, alcohol storage area(s) and label any
seating area as consumption area.
3. The point-of-sale, consumption area(s) and alcohol storage
area(s) should be easily distinguishable on an 11"x17" sheet
size. For public hearing purposes, it may be advisable to reduce
the size of the Terminal B Floor Plan and increase the size of the
floor plan.
4. If seating is associated with the proposed use, please provide a
seating chart (with the seating mix) for the total number of seats.
5. The final sheets will be reduced to an 11"x17" size for public
hearing purposes. The labeling used on all the sheets may
become indistinguishable on the reduced size. Please print
and view the reduced size to insure all labeling is legible.
6. Please add the following notes to the floor plan:
• Conditional Use Request CU14-21 is a request to allow the
possession, storage, retail sale and on -premise consumption
of alcoholic beverages (beer, wine and mixed beverages) in
conjunction with a restaurant at DFW International Airport.
7.
• Public restrooms are located within the airport terminal.
The above comments must be reflected in a revised submittal for the
June 17th joint public hearing. Please submit the revised documents to
the Department of Development Services at 200 South Main Street.
The revised submittal shall include:
One (1) Mylar of each sheet (minimum size 22" x 34")
thirty (30) reduced sorted (collated sets) copies at 11" x 17" three hole
punched, stapled and z -folded (fold the right edge to the left edge
and then fold the right edge in half to form a z -fold).

Host Services, Inc. proposes to use the property described on the City of Grapevine
Conditional Use Application as a restaurant outlet, with service of alcoholic beverages to patrons
of the Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport. The proposed conditional use will not cause
substantial harm to the value, use, or enjoyment of other property in the Airport or the
neighborhood. The proposed conditional use will enhance the amenities at the Airport and will
add to the value, use and enjoyment of other property in the Airport and neighborhood, and will
be a valuable amenity for the patrons of the Airport.
