This letter confirms July 8, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with conditions
#CA19-61 for the property addressed 619 South Church Street, legally described as Block 14,
Lot 3C & 6A, City of Grapevine to the Grapevine Historic Preservation Ordinance 91-73
(Appendix G — Grapevine Code of Ordinances), as amended, for the following:
1. Remove existing 32 inch wide hollow core front door and wood frame and replace it
with a solid wood 36 inch wide door with glass lights;
2. Remove existing 32 inch wide metal rear door and install a temporary 36" wide metal
door with upper glass light panel and wood frame;
to meet building code egress width requirements, as per the attached photos and
elevations with the condition a permit be obtained from the building department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved building permit; a
building permit is / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building
Department at 817.410.3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
