We would like to adjust the design for more curb appeal and to allow for some landscaping. The new design also centers the walkway on the house and front door. We will not for widening the driveway at this time. Please review the updated drawing and I look forward to your approval. By the way, I spoke to the City of Grapevine Building Dept. and they said I did not need a permit for these changes, as you had indicated in your original letter, mentioned above.
