Thank you for the opportunity to submit comments for the July 21, 2020, City of Grapevine Regular Joint
Meeting of City Council and Planning and Zoning Commission.
I am writing to protest the proposed development of 1708 Dunn, named Planned Development Overlay PD20-
01 ( Pecan Ridge Addition) and Preliminary Plat of Lots 1- 8, Block A, Pecan Ridge Addition on the July 21
meeting agenda.
Bill Brisendine and I reside at 1806 Teton Drive. We share a property line with 1708 Dunn St.
Dunn St. is the only way into and out of this neighborhood. Frorri its intersection with Dooley Street to 1805
Dunn St., it is a narrow,two-lane road without curbs. It contains a sharp turn that skirts a homeowner's corner
lot.
I am concerned the road is not adequate to safely handle the increased traffic that would be created by the
construction Carter Court,the eight homes and the eventual residents of these homes.
I respectfully request that you do not approve this proposed development.
