The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: Construct a new cedar fence along the sides and rear yard of the historic Ezell House as follows: 1. Fence to be cedar board beside board with dog eared top pickets, mounted on cedar rails and metal support posts to be boxed in with wood; height of fence to be 6' high on the south side of the house and along the west side of the house; height of fence to be 8' high on the east side of the house and on the north side of the rear yard; 2. Two cedar passage gates 6' high, one to be located on each side of the house to allow access to the side yards; 3. One sliding driveway gate constructed of cedar on the north side of the rear yard to provide access to the two car detached garage; as per the attached site plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
