This letter confirms on February 06, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA13 -09 for the property addressed 316 South Barton Street,
legally described as Block 1 Lot 24R, Grapevine, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to install one 2'H x 6'W sign of .063 gauge aluminum to read:
Lorenzo's Bassment School for Music and Art as a painted metal sign
only; sign to be bolted to the metal mansard fascia
per the attached drawings with the conditions the sign material must be painted
metal with no vinyl lettering or overlay of laminated print
and a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit 4g) / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
Building Department at 817 -410 -3165 for fees and information regarding
permits.
