A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
"EXHIBIT A", PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF
THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is in possession of
items of surplus and/or salvage property; and
WHEREAS, the procedure for notification of the owners of surplus and/or
salvage property, as outlined in the State Statute, has been met.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1. That all matters stated in the preamble are true and correct as if
copied herein in their entirety.
�- Section 2. That all the items described in "EXHIBIT A", attached hereto and
made a part hereof, are hereby declared surplus and/or salvage.
Section 3. That the City Manger of the City of Grapevine, Texas or his
designee, is hereby authorized to conduct the sale of said property.
Section 4. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 17th day of August, 1999.
