The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Demolish existing non -original carport roof structure attached to the original house; 2. Replace carport roof structure with new construction meeting code; 3. Demolish and remove existing front sidewalk and landing; 4. Replace front sidewalk and landing with new construction; 5. Remove and replace back door of house with wood door; 6. Remove existing "doggie door" and fill in opening to match original wall material; as per the attached photos, details and site plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is; / is not required.
