Susan and Ron,
Per Susan and David's instructions, here is the info on our capacity limits.
We are hoping and counting on outside seating to help us survive the pandemic.
Our current occupancy before restrictions is 167. Not sure if that was TABC
established or the Fire Department, but it is posted on our wall behind the bar.
So 83 inside, with the 50% rule. Outside, with tables 6 ' apart and 48" for pedestrians, we anticipate 8 tables on
the side
with 4 per table max, and 4-2 tops in front, still leaving 48" clear between the tables and the iron railing.
So at the most, that would be 40 outside. 123 total, well below the 167 regular indoor max capacity.
Please let us know what else we need to do to move ahead on this.
Thank you!
Paul Ryan

During the pandemic we are allowing outside dining not to exceed the total occupancy prior to the
restrictions. However, this is temporary until the restrictions are lifted. You will need a conditional use permit
if you wish to keep the outside dining permanent. A minimum clear unobstructed width of 48-inches
measured from the curb shall be maintained on the public right-of-way/sidewalk.

Hi Paul and Kathleen,
I am on vacation through next Wednesday and will be back Thursday. I will try to find out and get back with
you. You will need a CA from Historic Preservation. You should make contact with the building department. I
suggest you speak with Ron Stombaugh about the outdoor tables and chairs at 817 410-3152.
