Todd,we're fine with it as long as you have okfrom TABC. Please understand that aswith other
restaurants/entertainment venues,we're allowing this in an effort to help businesses during the time that your indoor
occupancy is restricted. As the restrictions are lifted,we will, at some point, ask you to remove the outside dining.
Thanks,

Thanks Todd—how are you going to define the patio? Will there be just tables and chairs or will there be fencing,
canopies, etc?

Todd, please get usa site plan showing where the outdoor area will be, and most importantly, exactly how many parking
spaces will be lost. We also need to know what your current indoor occupancy is. As Jennifer said,we have been flexible
during the pandemic, by allowing, restaurants, where possible,to have some outdoor areas to make up for their lost
indoor occupancy.
If you don't have a site plan and floor plan, you can get copies from Susan Batte, who is copied. Ron Stombaugh, who is
also copied, will contact you a little later.
Thanks,

HI Jennifer-
We've applied for a TABC permit to be able to have extended outdoor seating/temporary patio in the parking
lot. The landlord has signed off on the application. What, if any, permits dovve need from the city?
Thanks!
