The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: Modifications to exterior of the existing building to allow for an additional tenant space within the building as follows: 1. Install a new wrought iron tenant logo ornament on the east side of building canopy; 2. Install a new wrought iron tenant sign in the existing metal frame, on the east side of building canopy; 3. Install a projecting sign and metal bracket on the east corner of building canopy between the existing gooseneck lights; as per the attached drawings, details and site plan with the condition a special use permit is obtained from Planning and Zoning and a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit As / is not required.
