The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct a new 8' high western red cedar fence, 115' in length along the east side of the property, using 1" x 6" board on board pickets mounted on 2" x 4" cedar rails, and set on steel posts; steel posts are to be enclosed with wood; the wood fence is to be stained a medium brown color; as per the attached photo and site plan with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approyed Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
