RESOLUTION NO. g6-41
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS AMENDING RESOLUTION N0. 96-08
RELATIVE TO THE TAX INCREMENT FINANCING
REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE BOARD OF
DIRECTORS, APPOINTING TWO MEMBERS TO SAID
BOARD OF DIRECTORS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE
DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, after public
hearing, created Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of
Grapevine, Texas, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 1996; and
WHEREAS, a Board of Directors was established by City of Grapevine
Ordinance No. 96-07, adopted February 20, 1996, to administer the Zone; and
WHEREAS, City of Grapevine Resolution No. 96-08 appointed five members of
the Board on February 20, 1996, to serve as representatives of the City; and
'�-`� WHEREAS, Mr. Gil Traverse was appointed as a member of the Board of
Directors and has subsequently moved outside the city limits of Grapevine and can no
+� longer serve as a member of the Board of Directors; and
WHEREAS, the Tarrant County Junior College District Board chose to not
appoint a member to the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment
Zone Number One, City of Grapevine, Texas; and
WHEREAS, the Board of Directors of Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment
Zone Number One, City of Grapevine, Texas, was established with a total membership
of nine members and two positions are now vacant.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That all matters stated in the preamble of this resolution are true
and correct and are hereby incorporated into the body of this resolution as if copied
in their entirety.
Section 2. That the City of Grapevine hereby appoints Council Member Roy
Stewart and Mr. Eric Collazo, Mills Management L.L.C., to the Board of Directors of
�,,,, Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of Grapevine, Texas
to serve two year terms.

Section 3. That the City of Grapevine authorizes and directs that this action
be made a part of the City's permanent records.
�, Section 4. That this resolution shall become effective from and after the date
of its passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 3rd day of September , 1996.
