� A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS ESTABLISHING A BOARD OF
DIRECTORS TO ADMINISTER TAX INCREMENT
FINANCING REINVESTMENT ZONE NUMBER ONE,
APPOINTING FIVE MEMBERS TO SAID BOARD OF
DIRECTORS AND PROVIDING AN EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, after public
hearing, created Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One, City of
Grapevine, Texas, at its regular meeting on Tuesday, February 20, 1996; and
WHEREAS, a Board of Directors was established by City of Grapevine
Ordinance No. 96-07, adopted February 20, 1996, to administer the Zone; and
WHEREAS, the City of Grapevine is to appoint five members to the Board;
and
WHEREAS, the governing bodies of the following taxing units which levy
taxes on real property in the zone (Tarrant County, Tarrant County Hospital
��' District, Tarrant County Junior College District and Grapevine-Colleyville
Independent School District) have each appointed one (1) member to the Board;

WHEREAS, this action is to be taken within 60 days of passage of
Ordinance No. 96-07 creating the Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY '
OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:
Section 1 . That all matters stated in the preamble of this resolution are true
and correct and are hereby incorporated into the body of this resolution as if
copied in their entirety.
Section 2. That the City of Grapevine hereby appoints five members to the
Board of Directors of Tax Increment Financing Reinvestment Zone Number One,
City of Grapevine, Texas, to serve for two year terms as named in the attached
Exhibit "A".

Section 3. That the governing bodies of the taxing units which levy taxes
on real property in the zone have appointed one member each to serve for two
year terms as named in the attached Exhibit "A".
Section 4. That the City of Grapevine authorizes and directs that this action
be made a part of the City's permanent records.

date of its passage.

The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas, hereby appoints the following
members to the Board of Directors of the City of Grapevine Tax Increment Financing
District Reinvestment Zone Number One, effective March 5, 1996:
MAYOR WILLIAM D. TATE
MAYOR PRO TEM TED R. WARE
COUNCIL MEMBER JERRY L. PITTMAN
COUNCIL MEMBER C. SHANE WILBANKS
COUNCIL MEMBER GIL TRAVERSE (Temporary Appointment)
The governing bodies of the taxing units which levy taxes on real property in the zone
have appointed the following members:
