RESOLUTION NO. 95-24
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY
SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH
EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF
THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY; AND PROVIDING AN
EFFECTIVE DATE
WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine is in possession
of items of surplus and/or salvage property; and
WHEREAS, the procedure for notification of the owners of surplus and/or
salvage property, as outlined in the State statute, has been met; and
WHEREAS, the City of Arlington,Texas will be conducting a public auction on
August 2, 1995, at which the City of Grapevine may want to sell some or all of its
surplus and/or salvage property in accordance with any applicable laws.
"�"'" NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS:

Section 1 . That the items described in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and made
a part hereof, are hereby declared surplus and/or salvage.
Section 2. That the City Manager of the City of Grapevine, Texas or his
designee, is hereby authorized to conduct the sale of said property.
Section 3. That this resolution shall take effect from and after the date of its
passage.
PASSED AND APPROVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
GRAPEVINE, TEXAS on this the 1 st day of Auqust , 1995.
