Certificate of Appropriateness application #CA14-43 was submitted on July 9, 2014 by the owner Lauren Jaquess Jackson and Chris Jackson for a revised design to replace the previously approved plans for a new addition to the Craighill Cottage. At the May 28, 2014 meeting of the Historic Preservation Commission the new addition, was approved following City of Grapevine Design Guidelines for Historic Residential Structures. The addition had been designed to adhere to the additional provisions of the Grapevine Historic Preservation ordinance adopted in June 2013 including the side yard setback plane. Due to cost issues, the previous design has been revised.
