Beltwood Dr. #115 Farmers Branch, TX 75244 RE: PERMIT APPLICATION, 3223 Mustang Dr., 19-2314, 5401 Heritage Ave., 19-2313 Dear Applicant: On June 10, 2019, access control permits were submitted to this office for review for the above reference addresses. Our records indicate that your permit request have expired. Your permits were never issued. If you wish to proceed with projects, new applications and plans must be submitted. Performing work without a permit is a violation of city ordinance, regardless of whether or not an application has been made, and could result in the revocation of your contractor's registration for a period of not less than one year, and up to a $2,000.00 fine. Additionally, failure to obtain your permit within 180 days of application has resulted in the expiration of the permit. Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations.
