This letter confirms on April 18, 2013, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA13 -39 for the property addressed 216 West Wall Street, legally
described as Block 12 Lot 12E, Starr Addition, Grapevine, Texas. The following
was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
to install new wood door in new enclosed carport and paint color Belle Grove
Moss 6002 -3C National Trust Valspar per the attached drawing with the
condition a permit is required from the Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building
Permit and a permit I i / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's
