Home My WebLink AboutRES 1990-027 RESOLUTION NO. 90-27 A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS, DECLARING CERTAIN PROPERTY SURPLUS AND/OR SALVAGE, IN ACCORDANCE WITH EXHIBIT "A"; PROVIDING FOR THE AUTHORIZATION OF THE SALE OF SAID PROPERTY AND DECLARING AN EFFECTIVE DATE �,� WHEREAS, it has been determined that the City of Grapevine �,�. is in possession of items of surplus and/or salvage property; and WHEREAS, the procedure for notification of the owners of surplus and/or salvage property, as outlined in the State statute, has been met; and WHEREAS, the City of Arlington, Texas will be conducting a public auction in the next few weeks at which the City of Grapevine may want to sell some or all of its surplus and/or salvage property in accordance with any applicable laws. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF GRAPEVINE, TEXAS: Section 1 . That the items described in Exhibit "A" , attached hereto and made a part hereof, are hereby declared surplus and/or salvage. Section 2 . That the City Manager of the City of Grapevine, Texas, or his designee, is hereby authorized to conduct the sale � ° of said property. Section 3 .
