The following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness: 1. Construct a new screened -in porch addition to the existing dining room, in the rear yard of the house with the following features: a. All screening to be black vinyl material mounted in wood frames, painted to match existing house trim colors; with three sliding screen doors to provide access to the patio; b. A stone faced fireplace with metal chimney cap to be located on the south wall of the screened porch; c. Screened porch to have a roof deck above, incorporating materials to match those of the existing dining room roof deck; 2. Construct a new stone and stainless steel faced outdoor kitchen with built-in grill and refrigerator, along the south side of the existing patio, as per the attached plans, specifications and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
