This letter confirms on September 10, 2020 the Historic Preservation Staff approved with
conditions #CA20-77 for the property addressed 314 East Franklin Street, legally described
as Block 30, Lot E 70' 2 & 12' Alley, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The follcwing was approved
on this C--rtificate of Appropriateness-
1 . In the east side yard and rear yard of the house construct a new 8' high cedar
privacy fence, mounted on metal posts; posts to be boxed in with wood; ,Ajith fence
cedar wood to be pre -stained dark brown color;
as per the attached plans and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the
Building Department.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit s / is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
