To Whom It May Concern:
I would like to have Avila Electric,removed from any electrical work being performed at
2901 Kimball Court.
In 2017,we were hired by Doug Smith to help with the renovation of this home;
however,after we completed the electrical rough and passed inspection.Mr.Allen said
he no longer wanted us to continue doing the electrical remodel because he would
complete the rest himself.
We have not performed any electrical labor after the rough was completed.so anything
that has been done after our rough inspection passed has been completed by someone else
who isn't associated with Avila Electric.

for the above referenced address. Our records indicate that your permit was
issued on September 13, 2017 and has not had an electrical final, plumbing final,
lot drainage or final inspection.
Failure to begin work within 180 days after permit issuance or allowing 180 days
to pass between inspections will result in an expired permit. Once a permit has
expired, the permit must be renewed and new fees paid. Permits which have
expired for more than 30 days are subject to the issuance of citations. No future
permits will be issued until the contractor resolves all ex fired ermits.

not been finaled.
There is no electrical permit on this project. An electrical permit to complete the
project will need to be issued. The plumbing and building permit must be
reinstated. Due to the Covid -19 epidemic we will allow you to reinstate the
permit to complete finals, instead of re-applying at this time. Notification was sent
