TIME LINE FOR ORDINANCES, RESOLUTIONS AND AGENDA MEMOS
Two weeks prior to the City Council Meeting Date:
Monday Ordinance and resolution information placed on R drive.
Tuesday Legal review of contracts/agreements, ordinances and
resolutions.
Thursday All bid recommendations to Purchasing Agent.
Friday Bid recommendation memos to Departments.
Attach Agenda Memo Sigh-Off Sheet (See Attachment C—
Agenda Memo Sign-Off Sheet).
Must be signed by all appropriate/designated staff (except
CMO and CSO offices) prior to submittal of memo at the
agenda meeting.
One week prior to the City Council Meeting Date:
Monday Agenda item wording to City Secretary's Office by 12:00 noon
(exact wording for City Council action).
Agenda memos placed in the R:Wgenda file under the correct
year and meeting date.
All memos to Finance Department for approval.
Tuesday 9:00 am Agenda meeting - review draft agenda.
Following items are required to be submitted to the City
Secretary:
All completed agenda memos that have been reviewed
and initialed by appropriate/designated departments, with
all necessary backup material attached.
Thursday Agenda packets sent to printer.
Friday Agenda packets delivered to Council at 3:00 pm.
