PURPOSE
2.1 The purpose of the City Hall Parking policy is to outline appropriate parking
procedures at City Hall.
PROCEDURE
2.2 The City of Grapevine provides parking for City Hall employees in the two parking lots
at Church and Texas. When all of these spaces are utilized overflow parking is
available at the corner of Wall and Jenkins, adjacent to First Baptist Church.
2.3 The City of Grapevine parking lots have designated spaces reserved for city owned
vehicles, the personal vehicles of city employees, handicap-accessible
visitors/employees, and other activities and purposes as approved by the Activities
Committee Manager. Signs designate these parking spaces accordingly.
2.4 Parking on Barton Street, Main Street or Texas around City Hall between 8:00 a.m.
and 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday is reserved for visitors and not intended for use by
City employees.
2.5 Permits are assigned to the following employees for reserved spaces in the City Hall
parking lot at Church and Texas:
o City Manager
o Assistant City Manager
o City Secretary
o Personnel Director
o Administrative Services Director
o Public Works Director
o Assistant Public Works Director
o Development Services Director
o Parks and Recreation Director
o City Attorney
2.6 Employees should not leave their personal vehicles in either parking lot overnight or
over a weekend.

2.7 City vehicles must be parked in designated spaces overnight.
