CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Pro Tem Ted Ware called the meeting to order.
INVOCATION
The Invocation was delivered by Council Member Marion Brekken.
WORKSHOP
Those in attendance were advised that tYie purpose of the workshop session was
to discuss the proposed capital improvements program.
�
The majority of the discussion centered around the proposed street i�rovement
� program, including the different types of in�rovements available such as
county-road type restoration or curb and gutter development.
A proposal for municipal facilities was also discussed, primarily concerning a
new Municipal Co�lex to be built in phases beginning with the library
building.
Finance Director Lee Maness then outlined Table A of the Proposed Five Year
Capital Irnprovements Financial Projections relating to Ad Valorem Tax
Revenues, attached hereto and made a part hereof as F�hibit "A".
An additional workshop session for considering the capital improvements
program was scheduled for Thursday, May 19, 1983 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council
ChamUers.
No formal action was taken by the Council.

There being no further discussion, Council MemUer Charles Dunn made a motion
�' to adjourn the meeting. A second was offered by Council N1e,mb�r Marion
� Brekken, and the motion prevailed by the follawing vote:

Nays . None
Absent: Tate & Dyer
