80 for the property addressed 314 East Franklin Street, legally described as Block 30, Lot E
70' 2 & 12' Alley, City of, Grapevine, Texas. The following was approved on this Certificate of
Appropriateness:
1. Install new gutters painted low gloss/satin finish "white";
2. Install decorative house numbers on front of house;
3. Install new mailbox on front of house;
as per the attached photos.
An approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a
permit is / �is not required. Contact the City of Grapevine's Building Department at
817-410-3165 for fees and information regarding permits.
