CITY OF GRAPEVINE
The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Session on
this the 29th day of March, 1983 at 6:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers with the
following persons present to wit:

CALL TO ORDER
Mayor Tate called the meeting to order.
DINNER
M�mbers of the Council and City Staff then convened in the Conference Room for
dinner.

Follawing dinner, the Council reconvened in the Council Chambers with all

INVOCATION
The Invocation was delivered by Council Me.�nber Charles Dunn.
WORKSHOP
Mayor Tate advised that the purpose of the meeting was to conduct a workshop
relative to the proposed capital im�rovements program.
Assistant City Manager Bill Eisen introduced the General Obligation portion of
the program totaling $11,186,000 as outlined in Exhibit "A", attached hereto
and made a part hereof. He then outlined the Revenue Bond program totaling
$8,227,200 as shawn in Exhibit "B", attached hereto and made a part hereof.
A discussion period follawed, although no formal action was taken by the
Council.

There being no further business to come before the Council, Council M�mber
�`"' Oliver made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Council Me.mber
Brekken and prevailed by the follawing vote:
