The City Council of the City of Grapevine, Texas met in Special Session on
this the 19th day of April, 1982 at 4:30 p.m. with the following persons
present to�wit:

Mayor Tate called the meeting to order.
INVOCATION
The Invocation was delivered by Councilmazi Oliver.
RESOLUTION, CANVASSING BALLOTS OF RUN-0FF ELECTION
The order of business before the Council was to consider a resolution
canvassing the ballots of the April 17 Run-Off Election.
� The City Secretary outlined. the resolution advising the Council of the
� following election results for Council Place One:
Charles Dunn . . . . . . 436 votes
Scott Keeshin . . . . . 354 votes
The Council was then advised. of the number of ballots used and the ntunb�r of
remaining ballots, all of which were intact.
There being no further discussion, Council Nlember Dyer made a motion to adopt
the resolution. The motion was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Ware and prevailed
by the follaving vote:
Ayes . Tate, Ware, Oliver, Dunn, Brekken, & Dyer
Nays . None
Absent: Shafer

Oliver made a motion to adjourn. The motion was seconded by Council Nlember
Dunn an prevailed by the follawing vote:

Nays . None
