Hancock City Manager Bill Eisen Assistant City Manager Lee Maness Finance Director Shirley Armstrong City Secretary CALL TO ORDER Mayor Tate called the meeting to order. INVOCATION The Invocation was delivered. by Mayor Pro Tem Ware. DINNER � The Council and Ac�iinistrative Staff were then served dinner. I ' � WORKSHOP Mayor Tate advised that the purpose of the special meeting was to review the 1982-83 proposed budget. Assistant City Manager Bill Eisen advised that the Ehterprise �ands, consisting of the Utility, the Golf Course, and the Convention & Visitors Bureau Funds, would be discussed during the course of the meeting. The anticipated revenue, expense stmmaries, proposed budgets, and capital im�rovem�azts were discussed in each of the aforementioned funds. There were numerous questions fran members of the Council. Hawever, no formal action was taken. AA70URI�7T There being no further business to come before the Council, Council N.Ieniber Dunn made a irotion to adjourn.
