DESCRIBE THE VARIANCE REQUESTED BY LISTING DETAILS, & IF NECESSARY,
USE A SEPARATE SHEET REFERENCING THE PERTINENT SECTION OF THE ZONING
ORDINANCE.
We are requesting a variance for our model home located at the address listed
above to violate Section 56 off street parking and sections 13--20 and when we
are thru with these models they will be rebuilt to comply with code.
State the grounds under Section 68H of the Grapevine Zoning Ordinance
for the variance requested and explain any hardship which would result
if the variance is not granted. Explain any unique or unusual
circumstances, not contemplated by the Zoning Ordinance, which may
justify the granting of a variance. Attach a detailed diagram of the
site, drawn to scale, and any other drawings necessary to help explain
the case to the Board. Show on the diagram all easements, building
lines, encroachments, and the variance requested. The requested
variance should be quantified by an appropriate measurement (distance,
percentage, etc.).
A FILING FEE OF $100 SHALL BE SUBMITTED WITH APPLICATION
