NOTICE OF PUBIC HEARING
BOARD OF ZONING A OUST='
APPLICATION NUMBER BZA87-26 - Centennial Domes
An application has been filed in the office of the Director of Comminity
Development by Centennial Han-:s requesting variances to Grapevine Zoning
Ordinance 82-73, Section 56, Off Street Parking Requirements for the
purpose of constructing a temporary model home, and prior to sale as a
single - family residence -the hone would be brought into c;cm)pliance with
all zoning and subdivision ordinance requirements. The location of the
subject tract is 1703 Parkwood Drive or Lot 51, Block. 7 of the Parkwood
Subdivision.
A public° hearing regarding this application will be held by the Board. of
Zoning Adjustment on Monday, April 6 , 1987 at 6 PM in the Community #205
#205, 307 West Dallas Road., Grapevine, Texas.
Appendix "D ", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written
notice of such public hearing be sent to all comers of real property (as
the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax roll) lying within
two hundred feet (200`) of the property on which the variance or
exception is rem ested. You, as a neighboring property owner, and /or a
Grapevine citizen, arc: cordially invited to attend and express your views
on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a
representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during
the meeting.

Gentlemen:
Purpose in writing this letter is to advise you that upon granting
of the requested variances, Centennial Homes agrees that prior to
sale of the two model homes and the lot with the off - street parking
lot, all exceptions to zoning ordinance requirements, including but
not limited to off - street parking drive approaches and any other ex-
ception, will be brought back into compliance with that ordinance,
Section 55 off - street parking, and Sections 1320, single and multi-
family districts, and any other relevant sections of the ordinance.
I have enclosed a copy of our landscaping plans for your review and
consideration with this request.
