The location of the subject tract is 1701 Parkwood Drive or Lot 52, Block 7 of the Parkwood Subdivision A. public hearing regarding this application will be hold by the Board of Zoning Adjustment on Monday, April 6 , 1987 at 6 PM in the Community #205 #205, 307 West Dallas Road, Grapevine, Texas. Appendix "D", Section 49 of the Grapevine City Code requires that written notice of such public hearing be sent to all owners of real property (cis the ownership appears on the last approved City Tax roll) lying within two hundred feet (200') of the property on which the variance or exception. is requested® You, as a neighboring property owner, and/or a Grapevine citizen, are cordially invited to attend and express your views on the matter. If you are unable to be present, you may send a representative or prepare a written statement which will be read during the meeting.
