This letter confirms that on September 29, 2020, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA20-87 for property addressed at 527 South Dooley Street, legally
described as Block 117, Lot 5R PER PLAT D214121796, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
Replace existing fencing along south and east property lines with a new 6'
high wood fence as follows: Fence boards to be mounted horizontally to metal
posts with the posts encased with wood; Fence boards to be stained in the
color of light gray;
2. Construct new 4' high wood fence with 3' wide access gate between the house
and the south property line; the gate to be grey horizontal boards with its trim
painted white to match the trim of the house;
3. Construct a new 4' high wood fence with 3' wide access gate between the
house and the garage on the west side of the house; the gate to be grey
horizontal boards and its trim to be painted white to match the trim of the
house;
4. Construct a new pool equipment screening fence: fence to be 6' high in two
lengths one 8' length of fence and one 12' length;
as per the attached site plan, photos and specifications with the condition a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
