This letter confirms that on September 25, 2020, Historic Preservation staff approved
with conditions #CA20-85 for property addressed at 415 South Main Street, legally
described as Block 18, Lot 4 & N2 '/2' 3, City of Grapevine, Texas. The following was
approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Install a new 24 high" x 225" wide painted metal sign on front wall of the
building above the existing canvas awning;
2. Install a new wall bracket on the right hand side of the front wall; bracket to
extend 36" from face of wall;
3. Install a new 30" high x 36" wide painted double sided metal sign on the new
wall bracket;
as per the attached plans, elevations, details and photos with the conditions a permit is
obtained from the Building Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
