This letter confirms that on October 5, 2020, Historic Preservation staff approved with
conditions #CA20-88 for property addressed at 924 East Worth Street, legally
described as Block 9, Lot 3R, D. E. Box Addition, City of Grapevine, Texas. The
following was approved on this Certificate of Appropriateness:
1. Construct a new 4'-4'/2" high fence with horizontally placed wood slats with
one wood passage gate in the front yard of the house to enclose the new
swimming pool area; wood members to be mounted on metal posts;
2. Construct a new sidewalk connecting the new pool area with the front
entrance to the house;
as per the attached site plan, drawings specifications and photos with the condition a
permit is obtained from the Building Department.
Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved
Building Permit and a permit is / is not required. Contact the City of
Grapevine's Building Department at 817-410-3165 for fees and information
regarding permits.
