Construct a new 4'-4'/2" high fence with horizontally placed wood slats with one wood passage gate in the front yard of the house to enclose the new swimming pool area; wood members to be mounted on metal posts; 2. Construct a new sidewalk connecting the new pool area with the front entrance to the house; as per the attached site plan, drawings specifications and photos with the condition a permit is obtained from the Building Department. Please note this approved Certificate of Appropriateness is not an approved Building Permit and a permit is / is not required.
