Animal
• By mid-October should be fully closed-in Services
• Then begin balancing of air-handlers
• Most tile work is completed
• Painting & flooring can start once A/C is on
• Millwork is about 50% complete
• Curb & guttering should start late October
• Substantial completion is tentatively scheduled for early
December
• Hope to be operating in the shelter by mid-late January
