Subsequently Staff discovered that the sign was installed without a permit. Mr. Berry, it is a violation of City ordinance to install a sign without a permit. On February 21, 2019 you were issued a warning for work without a permit for 2500 Fairway Drive, permit number 19-1253 and warned that future violations would result in the revocation"of your Contractor's Registration. As this is your second violation, I am hereby revoking your Contractor's Registration in the City of Grapevine for a period of not less than one year.
